My personal journey with training began at 12, and persisted 7 days a week, 2-3 hours a day. After an injury at 17, I enrolled and graduated from the American College of Sports Medicine for the purpose of being a personal trainer. I continued to seek, learn, and pursue the understanding of the human body in terms of wellness and health.

 

My passion and commitment to fitness has driven me to experiment and explore various methods, and has allowed me to gain many benefits and achieve greater results.
